Come stay in this very cozy home away from home. Warm and inviting you'll be able to relax after a day of sightseeing or a day at the office. This home is in a great location and close to almost everything. A quick 20 minute drive will get you into downtown Denver.
This home boasts a fully fenced yard for privacy and has a beautiful/spacious gazebo for dining and entertaining outdoors. We've included a gas grill for that perfect bbq meal.
This home has a casual breakfast nook and a formal dining area. The kitchen includes everything that you need to prepare your favorite cuisine except the food!
For sleeping accommodations there are 2 queen beds, 1 twin a double futon and 2 convertible sofas. Plenty of room for family and friends.
Our rate is $175/nightly and we require a $150 deposit. In order to reserve this home a 1/2 payment and the deposit is required. The remainder is due 60 days prior to check-in.
